So happy that I found them at Yorktown Market Days! The hot country sausage bulk has become a staple each week for cooking things like meatloaf and cottage pie, but its seasonings and fat ratio makes it the best sausage I’ve had just cooked off by itself! We have also enjoyed the pork chops. Looking forward to more dishes with their products.

The bacon we tried ths past Saturday was amazing! It is some of the most tasty bacon we've had and it fries up really nicely. Goes well on a farm fresh egg sandwich too!
