Half pig bundle is a bundle of individually packaged cuts of meat.
Half pig bundle will include 2 half hams, 1 picnic shoulder, 1 Boston butt, 1 tenderloins, 10 pork chops, 2 half rack spare ribs, 4 lbs. smoked bacon, 1 lb. smoked side pieces, 1 lb. smoked jowl pieces, 1 lb. smoked sliced jowl, 1 pack smoked hocks, and 20 lbs. sausage selection (5 lbs.each - breakfast links, mild country bulk, mild Italian bulk, bratwurst).
